Job Description
Lead Floor Care Technician at Marsden South
Shift:Monday to Friday and some weekends as needed. Hours: 4:00 pm to 12:30 pm.
Fulltime 40 hours a week.
Hourly Rate:$15
Location:Freeport Texas
Requirements:
- Youmustbe 18 years old
- Youmusthave work authorization
- Youmusthave an active drivers license
- Youmustpass multiplesafety tests
- You must be able to drive to different sites.
- A preemployment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
Job Duties:
As you might expect cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part youll be:
- Directly oversee and manage employees to ensure optimal performance and adherence to operational standards.
- Review delegate mentor and assist team members in completing tasks efficiently.
- Perform proper techniques of scheduled floor care and preparation of areas to be cleaned scrubbed buffed stripped refinished waxed or sealed as well as carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and chemicals.
- Operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment including but not limited to floor buffers/burnishes water extraction machines and carpet cleaning equipment.
- Provide shift coverage when necessary to maintain continuity of operations.
- Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
