DescriptionAs a Talent Acquisition Partner supporting our ADI/Snap One businesses (Resideo company) in North America you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in passive talent sourcing talent review and identification networking and business partnership building internally. With your proven ability to proactively source and recruit you will be integral in our One Team environment as we pioneer a transformational approach to talent acquisition.
JOB DUTIES
- Screen resumes interview candidates and match candidates with job openings
- Build and maintain continuous talent pipelines for requisitions while developing and nurturing relationships with candidates to fill current and future openingswith innovative sourcing strategies
- Build relationships with hiring manager and key stakeholders to educate and execute on recruitment needs and gain understanding of business strategy and talent acquisition needs
- Operate with a high level of expertise and independence in daytoday tasks with the support and guidance of the TA Leader
- High sense of urgency
YOU MUST HAVE
- 3 years of endtoend recruiting lifecycle management in a corporate recruiting agency or staffing environment from intake to offer
- 3 years of passive candidate sourcing experience
- 3 years of experience managing stakeholder relationships in a talent acquisition function
- 3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals in a KPI/SLA managed talent acquisition environment
- Fast paced transaction experience
- The ability to work in a hybrid work environment (Tuesday Wednesday Thursday in Irving Texas office Monday and Friday remote)
- Ability to recruit across a wide spectrum of roles and varying levels of seniority from material handlers to technical roles
