Heres how a(n)Document Control Coordinatorfor our Edmonton Industrial Managementoffice contributes to our team:

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the document management system for drawings and documents received.
  • Date stamping and entering the receipt of project drawings and specifications into a computerized document log.
  • Developing document transmittals and distributing documents as required.
  • Maintaining the central document filing system and ensuring documents and drawings are properly filed.
  • Creating and maintaining document metadata based on district and project requirements.
  • Auditing electronic markups for conformance with project standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of administration experience.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Very effective organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal written and verbalskills.
  • The ability to maintain a high level of accuracy with data entry.
  • Wellversed with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Good understanding of project filing systems.
