PR Tech has recently undergone a deep organizational transformation towards an Agile and Product organization inspired by the Spotify model.
In this context the Enterprise Architecture Chapter Lead is responsible for leading and developing the Enterprise Architecture Chapter to define the technology framework and align business vision with a robust and scalable technical strategy.
Your key missions:
You will:
- Translate the business vision into a target enterprise architecture blueprint aligning with Pernod Ricards Information System strategy.
- Define and manage the Enterprise Architecture framework standards and guidelines to ensure scalability feasibility and security.
- Assess affiliate situations across regions and define transformation plans balancing global synergies with local business needs.
- Support key projects by defining architectures identifying critical issues and aligning with timetomarket priorities.
- Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Architects fostering a culture of innovation and crossfunctional collaboration.
- Engage with Program Design Authorities and develop a strong community of architects across Pernod Ricard.

- You have 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture ideally in an international environment.
- You demonstrate strong leadership autonomy and influencing skills to navigate global organizations.
- You are resultsoriented with a pragmatic approach to architecture and a strong agile mindset.
- You possess expertise in application & technical architecture: software data integration cloud and security.
- You are fluent in English; French or Spanish is appreciated but not mandatory.
