Position Overview: Brandeis Universitys Graduate Professional Studies (GPS) invites applications for an Adjunct Faculty position to teach AIDriven Decision Making and Innovation a 3credit online course in the AIDriven Leadership Program. This course empowers leaders to harness AI insights to drive strategic decisionmaking and foster innovation within their organizations. The instructor will design and deliver engaging course content that integrates theoretical concepts practical strategies and realworld case studies to prepare students for impactful leadership in datadriven environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Course Development and Delivery: Design and teach course materials focused on key topics including datadriven decisionmaking processes predictive analytics and forecasting fostering a culture of innovation through AI and measuring the impact of AI on business performance.
Case Studies and Applications: Incorporate realworld success stories of AIdriven product and service innovation as well as analyses of datadriven strategic pivots by businesses.
Student Engagement: Facilitate an inclusive and dynamic online learning environment that supports active participation and collaboration among students.
Assessment: Develop assignments projects and assessments that enable students to apply AIdriven strategies to organizational challenges and opportunities.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging trends in AI business innovation and data analytics to ensure course materials remain relevant and impactful.
Qualifications:
Required:
Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence Data Science Business Administration or a related field.
Professional experience in leveraging AI for strategic decisionmaking and innovation within organizations.
Strong knowledge of predictive analytics business performance measurement and fostering innovation through AI.
Excellent communication and teaching skills particularly in an online learning environment.
Preferred:
Previous teaching experience at the graduate level or conducting professional training on AIrelated topics.
Familiarity with online course delivery platforms and instructional design tools.
Published work or professional presentations on AIdriven decisionmaking or business innovation.
About the Course: AIDriven Decision Making and Innovation focuses on empowering students to utilize AI insights for strategic decisionmaking and fostering a culture of innovation in their organizations. Through practical applications and realworld case studies students will learn to measure and maximize the impact of AI on business performance while leading their teams to embrace datadriven strategies.
