Qualifications
CurrentRNlicensureasrequiredbystateregulations.
BLScertificationwithACLScertificationtobeobtainedwithinoneyearofstartingposition.
CRRNcertificationtobeobtainedwithinayearofmeetingtheeligibilityrequirements.
BachelorsDegreeinNursingorrelatedfieldpreferred.
Twoyearsofrecentexperienceinaninpatienthospitalsetting(withinthelastfiveyears).
Previousleadershiprolesuchaschargenurseorleadcapacitywhereyouwereresponsiblefor interim reporting issue resolution setting direction and having accountability for patient and staff results.
