Job Description
Electrical Engineer
Fulltime Engineering Location Olathe KS 66022
Electrical Engineering Specialist will be responsible for the electrical design of components to support TVHs strategic initiatives. The role includes but not limited to product development validation cost reduction and improvement projects. This position requires a broad understanding of electrical systems and components as well as their application in various products.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Youll deliver short and long term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:
Develop innovative solutions to meet project requirements.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate relevant technologies into designs.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
HOW TO SUCCEED / YOUR PROFILE
Were looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us you need:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical engineering.
Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions.
Strong knowledge of electrical theory and principles.
Experience with circuit analysis tools such as SPICE.
Familiarity with programming languages like C/C.
Excellent problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
