Job Description
Overview:
The primary role of the Senior Designer is to ideate design and deliver impactful creative solutions that address our clients and their audiences needs. You must be creatively curious selfmotivated and have the ability to juggle multiple projects with a focused attention to quality and detail. The Senior Designer is responsible for contributing to the development and evolution of concepts throughout all phases of a project. Reporting to the VP Creative & Content the Senior Designer will work with our team of strategists designers copywriters and other production specialists.

- Contributes concepts and ideas that deliver on client strategies and objectives
- Communicates clearly how proposed design solutions address customer and business needs
- Collaborates iteratively and often with Copywriters Strategists Information Architects Developers Project Managers and more
- Coordinate with account staff and strategists to interpret client needs
- Ability to activate client brands in a way that connects with target audiences
- Has a strong creative competency in all mediums with the ability to design for omnichannel marketing tactics including digital and print
- Understanding and of UI/UX design principles and best practices
- Work on the creation and omnichannel activation of client campaigns
- Comfort in collaboration through brainstorm and workshop environments
- Ability to ideate on design for and/or produce motion graphics or prototypes using tools like Figma and After Effects
- Ensures quality and preparation of deliverables for handoff to developers printers clients etc.
- Able to assist in the preparation of creative or agency presentations (PPT and Keynote)

Qualifications Requirements:
The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge skill attributes and/or ability required to successfully perform this job.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years prior work experience in a marketing or creative agency
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates design thinking and solutions
- Strong understanding of digital experience design that spans web and social
- Ability to successfully present/sell conceptual ideas internally
- Commitment to consistent collaboration with agency and client staff
- Highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite
- Highly proficient in Figma and FigJam
- Strong organizational skills and detailoriented approach to design
- Ability to work independently managing time effectively
