The Opportunity

We are seeking a performancedriven PPC Manager who combines creative with technical fluency. This role involves building optimizing and evolving paid media campaigns without prebuilt templates. You will be empowered to solve problems and scale impact in a highgrowth highownership environment.

You will be a key player in a highgrowth highownership environment where ideas move fast and wins are measured in actual cases not vanity metrics. You wont be handed prebuilt campaigns; instead youll be trusted to build optimize and evolve them with the support of a fastmoving team.

Accountable for

• Campaign Management: Own and manage paid search campaigns across Google Microsoft and other platforms focusing on highintent lead generation.
• Optimization: Continuously test and optimize campaigns (copy bidding audience segmentation geotargeting landing page performance) to improve lead quality ROAS and CPL.
• Testing and Reporting: Develop and execute structured testing roadmaps and reporting cadences providing insights for better performance.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Connect ad platform performance with CRM outcomes (Salesforce and intake systems) for true attribution to case outcomes.
• Tech Stack Integration: Leverage AIdriven tools automation scripts and platform features to increase scale efficiency and targeting accuracy.
• Technology Integration: Ensure seamless integration of technology to take Google leads to landing pages to conversion flawlessly and at scale.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze and present performance trends turning data into actionable insights and business decisions.
• Strategic Improvement: Drive strategic thinking and analytical insight to continually improve campaign performance and achieve business objectives.

• 5 years of handson experience managing PPC campaigns in a lead gendriven environment with meaningful budgets and clear ROI goals.
• Proven ability to drive downfunnel results (CPL ROAS costpercase lead quality) beyond clicks and impressions.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads YouTube Microsoft Ads and understanding of Performance Max smart bidding and custom audiences.
• Experience integrating PPC performance with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) for pipeline visibility and attribution.
• Strong analytical acumen familiarity with performance dashboards GA4 and diagnosing campaign performance.
• Relentless drive to test pivot and treat every campaign like a business.
• Proficiency in managing and integrating tools and technology to drive performance at scale.
• Bonus Skills: Familiarity with call tracking intake systems landing page testing tools (Unbounce VWO) and CRM automation (Zapier Segment etc..
