Psychology and Sociology Teacher Outstanding School London
An Outstanding Ofstedrated secondary school in London seeks a versatile and passionate educator to join their supportive Humanities/Social Sciences team as a Psychology and Sociology Teacher. This is a fulltime permanent position offering the unique opportunity to teach across two engaging disciplines at Key Stages 4 and 5.
Responsibilities:
The successful Psychology and Sociology Teacher will plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons in both subjects fostering critical thinking about individual behaviour and societal structures. You will prepare students for success in relevant qualifications (GCSE and ALevel) developing their analytical and research skills. Assessing student progress providing effective feedback and collaborating on curriculum development are key parts of this Psychology and Sociology Teacher role.
Requirements:
Applicants must be a qualified Psychology and Sociology Teacher (QTS) with a degree in Psychology Sociology or a closely related field. Proven experience teaching both Psychology and Sociology at the secondary level (Key Stages 4 and 5 is essential. Strong subject knowledge in both disciplines excellent communication skills and effective classroom management are required. We are looking for an inspiring Psychology and Sociology Teacher.
