Are you passionate about shaping people strategies and making a lasting impact within an international energy company As an HR Business Partner at Axpo Bulgaria youll drive local implementation of global HR initiatives and be a trusted partner to leaders and teams.
What you will do:
- Implement the global people strategy in Bulgaria adapting it to local needs
- Advise leaders on HR processes such as salary reviews promotions performance and succession planning
- Support organizational and cultural development with a focus on inclusion and collaboration
- Guide leaders and employees through complex HR topics including labor law and disciplinary matters
- Coordinate and deliver local onboarding training and development in collaboration with global HR teams
- Coordinate the local HR team and ensure a close collaboration with the corporate HR functions.
- Support administrative HR tasks in close collaboration with an HR Specialist in case needed
What you bring & who you are:
- University degree preferably in Human Resources with further HRspecific training
- 35 years of experience in a similar role within an international and matrixed organization
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices with experience in handling sensitive cases
- Excellent communication and coaching skills with a teamoriented mindset
- Fluency in Bulgarian and English; German is a plus
- High integrity confidentiality and organizational skills with a proactive approach
