Job Description

Paralegal Commercial & Construction Litigation
Location: Vancouver Hybrid Work Environment
Salary Range: $60000 $80000

Our client is a leading national law firm seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their highperforming Disputes Commercial & Construction Litigation Group. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside toptier legal professionals on complex highvalue litigation matters in a collaborative futurefocused environment.

About the Role

As a key member of the team you ll be integral to managing commercial construction and estate litigation files. You ll participate in preparing for proceedings such as mediations arbitrations and trials and help manage large documentintensive matters from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of pleadings application materials contracts mediation briefs and lists of documents
  • Support preparation for hearings arbitrations discoveries pretrials and trials
  • Manage matter logistics including document production data management scoping and budgeting
  • Coordinate and organize largescale litigation files and timelines
  • Collaborate with lawyers and legal support staff to deliver excellent service to clients

What You Bring

  • Solid experience as a paralegal ideally with a focus on commercial and/or construction litigation
  • Strong understanding of the Supreme Court Civil Rules
  • A recognized paralegal diploma/certificate or equivalent training
  • Proficiency with tools such as iManage ACL Relativity Kofax Power PDF MS Word Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive professional approach and a growth mindset
