Job Description
Our team is growing and we are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join us on our journey!
Your daytoday
- Manage the complete endtoend payroll cycle accurately and punctually ensuring timely processing of employee salaries
- Perform key payroll accounting tasks including bank reconciliations and posting financial/reserve entries to necessary systems
- Prepare and submit all required tax declarations and payrollrelated statistical reports ensuring full compliance
- Maintain the accuracy integrity and confidentiality of all payrollrelated financial data and employee records
- Generate and distribute internal payroll salary and related financial reports as required for analysis and review
- Provide clear accurate and timely responses to employee inquiries regarding payroll salary and tax matters
Your background and mindset
- Strong proven experience in payroll management including handling payroll for scheduled employees
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a closely related field
- Solid understanding of Estonian accounting principles labour laws and relevant tax regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Estonian
- High level of attention to detail ensuring accuracy and correctness in all aspects of payroll
- Ability to manage workload efficiently work independently under pressure meet strict deadlines and demonstrate initiative and integrity
- Previous experience with Business Central (HRM4Baltics) would be a plus
