A fantastic opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Social Sciences Teacherto join a dynamic and forwardthinking secondary school in Stafford from September 2025. This is a fulltime permanent position teaching a combination of Social Sciences subjects at KS4 and KS5 including Sociology Psychology and/or Health & Social Care depending on the candidates specialism.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about the social sciences and dedicated to delivering highquality engaging lessons that inspire students to think critically about the world around them.

About the Role:
This role involves teaching Social Sciences across GCSE and ALevel to motivated and inquisitive students. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and experienced department committed to academic achievement inclusivity and reflective teaching practice.
You will be expected to plan and deliver engaging lessons track student progress and contribute to the wider development of the department through extracurricular opportunities and crosscurricular links.

What the School is Looking For:
- A degree in a Social Sciences subject (e.g. Sociology Psychology Health & Social Care)
- QTS or PGCE
- Ability to teach at least one Social Science subject to ALevel
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A reflective practitioner with a passion for continuous improvement
