Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market share.
- Identify emerging markets customer segments and partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and optimize campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients utilities developers and government agencies.
- Negotiate contracts address client concerns and ensure high satisfaction.
- Explore new business opportunities and attend industry events to enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze competitor activity and market trends to refine sales approaches.
- Monitor sales metrics prepare performance reports and utilize CRM tools for datadriven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 2 years in sales including 2 years in renewable energy; proven track record in meeting/exceeding targets.
- Skills: Strong leadership communication and negotiation abilities; proficiency in CRM software and market analysis.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of renewable energy technologies policies and incentives
- Travel: Willingness to travel around Nigeria.
