Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Instructional Designer (ID) who is a specialist in learning experience design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have to read through client material and decide what to keep modify chunk. This role requires candidates to suggest interactivity: quizzes scenarios clickreveals etc. This role requires a deep understanding about creating storyboards or Word doc blueprints for each module.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze clientprovided content (PPTs scripts PDFs) to structure effective learning modules
Create storyboards with clear flow learner objectives and screenlevel content
Recommend relevant interactivities (quizzes clickandreveal scenarios assessments)
Work with visual designers and multimedia developers to bring the storyboard to life
Align learning design to client brand compliance and tone
Review and iterate based on feedback from SMEs and client stakeholders
Requirements
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE Bloom s)
Ability to visualize content for interactivity and engagement
Handson experience in writing scripts/storyboards for tools like Articulate or Captivate
Good communication and teamwork skills
Comfort with tight deadlines and feedback cycles
Should have a good quality laptop (i5 or above) and uninterrupted highspeed (broadband) internet.
