Job Description
What you will be doing:
Draft negotiate and close commercial real estate transactions including secured loans leases acquisitions and dispositions.
Conduct thorough title and survey reviews ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with clients lenders and counterparties to facilitate seamless transaction processes.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously maintaining high attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
Experience you will need:
Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally recognized law school with strong academic credentials.
3–6 years of real estate experience at a comparable law firm.
Proficiency in handling a broad range of real estate transactions including title review and negotiation.
Excellent writing communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
