Budget 20 LPA
Responsibilities:
Lead the design development and implementation of complex applications
Architect scalable performant and maintainable serverside systems
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features
Mentor and coach junior developers to improve their skills and productivity
Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
Stay uptodate with the latest trends and technologies in development
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in development
Proven track record of leading and delivering largescale projects
Strong proficiency in JavaScript with a good understanding of serverside templating languages
Experience with modern frameworks and libraries such as or
Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL MongoDB / MySQL is good to have)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
