Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- 5 hours per day 3 days a week Thursday Friday and Saturday during client business hours
- Client Timezone: EST (Eastern Standard Time)

Job Description
Take ownership of a crucial role in our client s sales process as an Appointment Setting Specialist. In this position you ll leverage your communication skills to connect with potential clients qualify leads and schedule appointments that drive business growth. Responsibilities
- Execute strategic outbound calling campaigns using provided lead lists
- Engage potential clients professionally to identify business opportunities
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with qualified prospects
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the company s systems
- Follow up systematically with leads to maximize conversion rates
- Track and report on daily calling activities and results
- Achieve weekly appointment setting targets
- Collaborate with management to refine approach and improve results
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with a professional phone presence
- Previous experience in appointment setting cold calling or similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently
- Reliable highspeed internet connection
- Quiet professional home office environment
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Availability during Eastern Time business hours 10:00 AM 3:00 PM EST)
- Experience with sales software and dialers preferred
