Job Description
Join a purposedriven team in downtown Los Angeles as a Complex Care Registered Nurse (RN) supporting the PACE Program. Were seeking a dedicated nurse who is committed to providing compassionate highquality and coordinated care for frail older adults. In this vital role youll be responsible for managing and delivering direct nursing care to program participants. - Note: This is not a case management role
Requirements
- Active unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Graduate of an accredited RN program; BSN strongly preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- CPR and First Aid certification (required within 60 days of employment)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in geriatric care and adult complex population
- Recent handson clinical care experience
- Skilled in bedside nursing care clinical interventions medication management IV starts and related tasks
- Prior PACE program experience highly preferred
