Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
40 hours a week Monday to Friday split between EST and NZT times 4 hours each time zone.
Client Timezone: EST and NZT.
Build and maintain WordPress web pages for various travel experiences and events
Create and optimize landing pages on multiple platforms including WordPress and venue
Design marketing materials and onepagers using Canva
Troubleshoot and fix website technical issues and integration problems
Implement lead capture functionality and optimize conversion paths
Manage CRM system integrations and transitions
Create and maintain digital assets for luxury travel experiences
Provide quickturn solutions for urgent website updates and fixes
Requirements:
Intermediate level experience with WordPress development and customization
Proficiency in graphic design and digital asset creation
Working knowledge of CRM systems and website integrations
Ability to work independently and problemsolve technical issues
Strong eye for design and attention to detail
Experience with landing page optimization and lead generation
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to work PST hours or significant overlap
Selfmotivated with ability to learn and adapt quickly
Scope:
Primary focus on website development and digital design
Direct collaboration with global marketing and operations teams
Ownership of website functionality and optimization
