Branch Manager Financial Services
Location: Mala Kothamangalam Muvattupuzha
Salary: INRper annum Attractive Incentives (Up to 50000/month)
Qualification: Bachelors Degree (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 6 8 years in selling financial services and managing branch operations
Responsibilities:
Oversee daytoday branch operations including client payins/payouts and grievance handling
Manage risks related to trading errors and outstanding dues
Lead and manage branch staff including recruitment training and performance evaluations
Conduct regular morning meetings and strategy discussions with team
Drive client acquisition and retention targeting HNIs and corporate clients
Organize weekly investor meets and promotional activities
Perform competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities
Track and report weekly and monthly performance metrics to the Regional Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Business Administration or related field
- 6 8 years of experience in financial services sales and branch administration
- Strong knowledge of the stock market and investment products (SIP Mutual Funds PMS)
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams or branches
- Excellent communication interpersonal and clienthandling abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to meet targets handle pressure and lead a highperforming team
