Job Description

Essential Job Functions

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

  • Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships based on trust and satisfaction through a combination of effective communication proactivity and taking on a clientcentric approach. 

  • Understand client challenges and preferences though actively listening and paying close attention to needs concerns and feedback.  

  • Research and determine clients requirements and address queries.

Account Strategy Development

  • Understand client goals and objectives to develop through client relationship management and implement effective account management strategies.

  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.

  • Develop implement and collaborate on strategic account management plans (SAM) for the business.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate the of client projects by liaising with & directing production teams ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed client expectations.

Problem Resolution

  • Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.

  • Provide solutions and recommendations to ensure client satisfaction.

Communication

  • Manage daytoday client communications.

  • Clearly communicate project progress updates and results to clients.

  • Conduct regular account reviews to discuss performance metrics and future plans with internal teams and with clients.

Sales Support

  • Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities to maximise account revenue.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business from existing clients.

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Manage teams to develop digital marketing strategies aligned with clients goals and industry trends.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement digital campaigns or projects across the different digital channels and platforms.

  • Present digital marketing strategies and campaigns to clients. 

Campaign Management Analysis & Optimisation:

  • Oversee of digital marketing campaigns to ensure they are on time within budget and meet performance targets.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and specialists to ensure campaign deliverables are met and are of high standards.

  • Monitor campaign performance analyse data and make datadriven recommendations to improve ROI and meet setout objectives. 

  • Provide clients with monthly and ad hoc campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations. 

  • Conduct postcampaign analysis and debriefs to identify successes and areas for improvement. 

Budget Management:

  • Develop workable budgets and proposals in collaboration with project managers and production team members. 

  • Manage client budgets for digital marketing initiatives track spend and ensure correct allocation for setout objectives. 

 

Required Technical Skills

  • Proven experience with client management.

  • Strong research skills and ability to distil information. 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing.

  • Indepth understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies including SEO paid advertising social media email marketing and content marketing.

  • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data to provide actionable insights.

  • Understanding of CRM platforms such as Salesforce Hubspot PipeDrive or similar.


Qualifications :

Education: Bachelors degree or diploma in Marketing Business or a related field

Experience: 5 years of experience in an ad agency digital marketing or marketing project management
