Training
Assists in planning and recommending training procedures to enhance training curriculum delivery and organizational goals.
Assists in identifying the training needs within each team.
Coordinates and delivers corporate training programs.
Implements and monitors the companys orientation programme.
Monitors delivery of general core and management training.
Prepares related documentation for companysponsored training.
Assists in ensuring training targets are met.
Assists in monitoring training results and impact.
Manages internship program from sourcing to placement monitoring and overall program evaluation.
Conducts network activities (e.g. participation in job fairs) with schools and universities and other institutions for sourcing new talent into the market and/ or career shifters and the like.
Implements controls and creates mitigating measures where necessary.
Manage training records and prepare related reports.
