OVERVIEW
The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Receptionist youll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a guest experience youll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in the hotel.
Some of the duties youll undertake in this varied role include telephone enquiries reservations preparing invoices and taking payments from our guests conducting end of shift/day banking and preparing for the shift ahead.
About you
You will join the Front Office team working in the Reception area of the hotel.
You enjoy creating memorable experiences for our guests ensuring the warmest welcome demonstrating exceptional levels of customer service and great knowledge of all room categories and hotel facilities.
