About the Role

DNAnexus is seeking a strategic and creative Content Generator to join our growing marketing team. As a builder of great stories youll transform complex genomic and precision health concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with B2B professionals across the healthcare continuum. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional storytelling abilities can extract and leverage data to strengthen content collaborates authentically with crossfunctional teams and demonstrates proficiency with modern content tools.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Storytelling

• Identify and develop compelling narratives that effectively communicate DNAnexus value proposition customer success stories and competitive differentiators
• Extract meaningful insights from technical data research findings and customer experiences to craft powerful stories
• Develop highquality engaging content across multiple formats in collaboration with key stakeholders including:
• White papers/eBooks for thought leadership and lead generation
• Datadriven case studies that showcase measurable outcomes
• Blog posts on industry trends and thought leadership topics
• Website copy that compels action
• Social media content that drives engagement (LinkedIn Twitter Bluesky)
• Email marketing campaigns that convert
• Presentations and video scripts
• Bring authenticity to content by ensuring it reflects realworld challenges and solutions

Strategic Content Development

• Contribute to the overall content strategy across multiple market segments
• Use data analytics to identify content gaps measure performance and make strategic recommendations
• Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure content relevance and maximize impact
• Collaborate crossfunctionally to align content with broader business objectives
• Build strong relationships with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance

Digital Tools & Innovation

• Experience with modern content creation tools and technologies including Gen AI applications
• Understanding of how to effectively integrate technology into content workflows while maintaining authentic storytelling
• Perspective on the strategic applications and limitations of emerging tools in B2B content creation
• Ability to use available technologies to analyze data and extract insights that strengthen narrative development

Qualifications :

Required

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field plus demonstrated knowledge of precision medicine concepts cloud technology and genomic data applications in healthcare
• OR: Bachelors degree in Biology Genetics Biomedical Sciences or related field
• 3 years of experience in B2B content creation preferably in technology life sciences or healthcare
• Demonstrated ability to extract compelling storylines from complex technical information
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and incorporate it meaningfully into content
• Proficiency with modern content tools including Gen AI applications and understanding of their strategic role in content creation
• Excellence in research writing and editing with meticulous attention to detail
• Experience with content management systems and understanding of SEO principles

• Exceptional ability to collaborate across departments synthesizing input from diverse stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building productive relationships

Bonus Points

• Experience in healthcare technology or precision medicine
• Knowledge of Hubspot and content marketing automation tools
• Experience with B2B content strategy or Demand Writing (Forrester Model)
• Understanding of visual storytelling and data visualization principles

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual base salary for this position is $00 with a 8 annual bonus component..  Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
