Responsibilities:
- Conduct a security risk assessment (audit) using the proposed methodology at country level and review it once a year or in case of a change in the prevailing situation
- Implement security concept based on common AP security criteria for new sites (mainly boutiques but also CS AP Houses offices)
- Implement the concept and control make corrections and adjustments
- Implement security concept for exhibitions and special business events
- Supervise on site the adequate implementation of the security concept during the exhibition and special business events
- Manage day to day related travel security aspects
- Use his/her network with local law enforcement agencies and security guarding companies
- Manage the security technical/operational relation between AP and the appointed local security guarding companies
- Develop local relations and security network with other luxury watchmaking companies
- Organise a security training for AP employees (every year) on these topics :what is the actual security concept in place and how does it work use of the panic buttons and duress codes and explain how it works security/safety procedures to enter or leave the AP site what are the emergency phone numbers in case of a problem what to do / not to do in case of a robbery who can speak to the press people etc
- Report to the Group Security Manager for technical & operational matters
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security position with responsibilities (in an international company)
- Experience in regional/corporate security position
- Good knowledge in physical security and concept
- Experience in security event planning and management
- Experience in security training
- Good communication skills
- Autonomous rigorous proactive operational good common sense and able to make proposals
- Fluent in written and spoken English is required
- Proficient in Mandarin is a plus
