Job Description

We are looking for a detailoriented and reliable Business Operations Specialist to support a Strategy Consultant Manager in a dynamic consulting environment. This role demands strong organizational skills the ability to create highquality business presentations and effective coordination of internal and external tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive professional and capable of managing daytoday administrative responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Presentation Support
    • Create structured and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations in line with corporate branding.
    • Translate complex information into clear professional slides for client and internal use.
  • Client Interaction & Coordination
    • Assist in drafting and managing contracts and procurement documents.
    • Coordinate scheduling prepare meeting materials and manage client communications.
  • Business Development Administration
    • Review RFPs and support the preparation of tailored clientspecific proposals.
    • Maintain and enhance documentation for ongoing business development activities.
  • Operational and Backoffice Tasks
    • Manage time tracking expense reporting and project documentation.
    • Provide general administrative support including calendar management and inbox monitoring.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a business support executive assistant or operations role ideally within consulting or professional services.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint with a good sense of structure and visual consistency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
  • Highly organized proactive and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Professional demeanor attention to detail and a high degree of reliability.
