DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps engineer to join our dynamic team in Stockholm Sweden. As a DevOps engineer you will play a crucial role in driving bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders ensuring the successful delivery of highquality software products.

• Define drive and maintain the product backlog ensuring it aligns with business objectives and technical constraints
• Collaborate closely with development teams stakeholders and endusers to gather and prioritize requirements
• Create and refine features user stories acceptance criteria and product roadmaps.
• Knowledge of DevOps C and Java programming skills.
• Drive the release/iteration planning review retrospective and workshops
• Make informed decisions on product features and prioritization based on data and user feedback
• Should be able to communicate product vision goals and progress to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts between business needs and technical limitations
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy
• Ability to work three days in the office

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• 35 years of experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar role within software development.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies particularly Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira and Confluence and DevOps tools. 
• Excellent technical understanding of software development processes and best practices.
• Proven track record of successful product deliveries in a fastpaced environment.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
• Experience in creating and managing product backlogs user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and their application in product development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
• Familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being decisive when needed.
• Telecom experience is preferred.
• Scrum Product Owner/Scrum master certification is preferred.
• Communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
