Job Description
As a Icelandic Linguist you will:
- Educating AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AIgenerated outputs in order to directly improve the AIs accuracy and ability to apply its knowledge to realworld problems
- Problem Solving: Provide stepbystep solutions and explanations to complex problems to teach the AI how to reason through these problems effectively
- Red Teaming: Identify potential biases limitations or inaccuracies in the AIs knowledge base. Design and conduct tests that push the boundaries of the models understanding ensuring its outputs are reliable and applicable to realworld scenarios.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this you need:
- Native Icelandic/Icelandsk language proficiency with excellent writing skills is required
- An Associates degree (or higher) from an accredited institution is required
- Professional writing experience as a researcher journalist technical writer editor or similar is preferred but not required
- Experience with similar AItraining tasks is preferred but not required
