Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team. This position is based onsite out of Mississauga. We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced sustainable and passengerfriendly airports in the world.
Responsibilities:
Undertakes quality control and quality assurance related inspection activities throughout the design construction handover and closeout phases.
Prepares and presents regular progress reports including reporting on key quality metrics including suggesting corrective actions.
Ensures conformance to the required quality management standards.
Provides input to submittals RFIs O&M manuals and other technical documentation as needed.
Participate in punch lists testing and commissioning.
Provides input to documentation for area/equipment turnovers.
Implements and follows quality assurance program procedures.
- Coaching mentoring and supporting the career development of staff.
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements:
- BS Minimum 4 years of professional experience in large complex projects.
Good understanding of reporting requirements and experience in providing management reports.
Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders including contractors and other site personnel.
Recognized qualification in project or construction management or relevant profession.
Preferred Requirements:
6 years of professional experience in a quality control and / or quality assurance function.
Onsite experience.
