Get to Know the Role
A s an Associate Partnership (Omni Commerce)at Grab you will maintain relationships with our external partners. Your role involves ensuring the smooth engagement addressing partner requests or issues and applying your experience in client engagement and offline events participation. Your experience with the food industry will guide successful partnerships and enhancing our Omni Commerce services. You will report to Assistant Manager Omni Commerce and will work onsite base in Bangkok Office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Partner Engagement: Facilitate seamless engagement with all external partners ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
- Support and Response: Act as the primary contact for partner inquiries and issues. Provide solutions to ensure partner satisfaction and retention.
- Client Engagement: Use your experience in client engagement to build and strengthen relationships with partners promoting loyalty and mutual growth.
- Event Participation: Participate in and support offline events representing Grab and its Omni Commerce services. Use these opportunities to connect with partners and promote our offerings.
- Industry Research: Research the food industry to evaluate potential partners for the Omni Commerce portfolio. Analyze market trends competitor activities and new opportunities to inform partnership strategies.
- Opportunity Identification: Use industry insights to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with Grabs Omni Commerce goals. Develop proposals and pitches to attract and secure suitable partners.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to agree on partnership strategies and plans ensuring a cohesive and unified approach.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- 1 year experience in environments such as ecommerce. Specific experience in merchant operations will be benefit.
- Experience with Food Industry: A genuine interest and experience with the food industry with a desire to contribute to its growth.
- Client Engagement Experience: Experience in client engagement and relationship management with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Event Participation: Experience participating in offline events with the ability to represent us and engage with partners.
- Research Skills: Strong research with the ability to gather and interpret industry data to inform strategic decisions.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
