Champion key PME brands in MEA APAC supporting Brand Directors and Director of Brand Experience liaising with Global Brand teams and working with MEA APAC brand team and country leads.
Facilitate and communicate the yearly updates of brand standards and assist in managing the external brand audit process as well as the implementation and localization of global brand SOPs to ensure a consistent brand experience.
Oversee the cohesive application of brand identities across various channels.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the guest experience across all brands and assist in tracking and reporting satisfaction scores while implementing strategies for enhancement and sharing best practices.
Help execute and localize global brand campaigns in region for key brands across MEA APAC to establish and achieve campaign KPIs.
Qualifications :
Bachelor Degree in Advertising Marketing or Communications with Minimum 6 years of Advertising Brand Marketing experience preferably in hospitality preferably in a global capacity
Previous creative design or media agency background preferred
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint)
Knowledge of consumer brand landscape within/beyond travel industry.
Experience in hotel operations preferred
