Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader to join a fastgrowing global leader in the SaaS CX CRM and EX (ITSM and ESM) space to lead and grow a Partner GTM sales team across Emerging Europe.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Lead and scale Freshworks new business sales motion across Emerging Europe driving adoption of our CX ITSM and ESM solutions in the Enterprise segments.

  • Build lead and coach a highperforming new business sales team focused on pipeline generation deal and revenue growth via a partner sales model. 

  • Own the regional new business strategy define GTM plans align crossfunctionally and ensure overachievement on bookings targets

  • Drive aggressive acquisition of netnew logos through strategic partner collaboration

  • Recruit onboard and retain top sales talent; instil a highperformance metricsdriven sales culture

  • Partner with internal teams (Marketing PreSales Channel CS) to drive demand shorten sales cycles and ensure seamless customer handoff

  • Engage directly with senior decisionmakers at key accounts to influence large deals and elevate Freshworks presence

  • Report on key sales KPIs: pipeline health conversion rates forecast accuracy and attainment vs. target

  • Experience with industry sales methodology Meddpicc force management Challenger Sandler

  • European language skills are preferable.
