The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key strategic role in aligning peoples strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success. Partnering closely with functional leaders the HRBP will guide talent management performance and engagement initiatives that support company goals and foster a positive workplace culture. The HRBP will lead organizational change efforts oversee special projects and collaborate with HR and business leaders to implement impactful initiatives. Additionally the role will leverage HR data to monitor progress inform strategic decisions and ensure all projects comply with company policies and legal requirements. This position is essential in driving the companys longterm success by shaping and executing HR strategies that enhance employee performance and leadership development.
- Lead the organizations human capital objectives by working closely with all HR representatives and collaborating with organization leaders to provide HR guidance to support department and functional objectives.
- Interpret and apply understanding of corporate policies and practices employment law and other regulations to provide advice guidance or clarification on HR inquiries.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Support current and future business needs through the development engagement motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Implement and manage HR programs and initiatives that support organizational goals.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Suggest and develop new HR strategies as needed.
- Manage/participate on special projects/programs requiring stakeholder input as needed.
- Escalate issues that need SVP of HRs or General Council review/approval
- Other duties as assigned
Pay Range
The annual pay range for this position is $87k (minimum) $97k (midpoint) and $107k (maximum).*
*Typical hiring range is between the minimum and midpoint of the above pay range. Actual starting base pay may vary based on factors such as education experience skills location and budget.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree required degree in Human Resources Finance or Business preferred. In lieu of a degree equivalent workrelated experience will be considered.
- Seven 7 years of broad HR Generalist knowledge and experience with 4 years as HR Business Partner.
- Two 2 years of experience in leading projects and implementing change.
- Ability to solve complex problems and able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders to build trust.
- Strong understanding of HR analytics to drive change or help with decision making
- Ability to navigate successfully within ambiguity multiple priorities and a constantly changing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently within prescribed guidelines or as a team member
