Department: Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation Program
Reports to: Dr. Susan Marzolini Principal Investigator
Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 30 hours per week
Salary: $26.76 to $33.45 per hour (To commensurate with experience and consistent with UHN compensation policy)
Shifts: Day
Status: Temporary Parttime
Closing Date: June 3 2025
Position Summary
Working under the direction of the supervisor of the study the Clinical Research Study Assistant will perform the duties outlined below.
Duties
- Assisting with questionnaires to determine impact of climate change on people with cardiovascular disease.
- Working with patients with cardiovascular disease to codesign surveys.
- Testing surveys for face and content validity and putting survey on REDCap
- Recruitment of participants for a variety of studies (e.g. climate change diet in people with diabetes mellitus).
- Coordinate payment of participant honorariums.
- Assist with team meetings
- Data reporting
Qualifications :
- Community college diploma in a healthrelated discipline or equivalent
- 3 to 6 months related experience
- Experience with codesign and working with patients with lived experience is an asset
- Knowledge of REDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture) is an asset
- Research related experience is required
