Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Construct financial analyses including building complex models
- Perform technology industry and companyspecific research
- Draft client presentations pitch books reports letters or memoranda
- Assist with intellectual property landscape analysis and evaluation of patents/patent portfolios for salability
- Identify and engage contacts at target companies
- Interact with clients and management teams
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing undergraduate business degree in finance accounting or bachelors degree in economics engineering or hard or computer science with applicable work experience
- Relevant work experience in investment banking private equity M&A corporate finance and/or intellectual property preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong financial modeling skills including advanced understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High degree of professionalism integrity and flexibility
- Selfstarter with strong sense of ownership and urgency
- Great attitude and client presence
- Ability to go to the office 23 a week

- Must be able to work in person in our Chicago IL office.

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $34 per hour. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset experience training location scope of role management responsibility etc.
