Job Description
How does your working day look like
- You are a brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels and manage to establish the best relationship with our customers
- You have the best overview of the Corporate & MICE segments and also land new deals
- You develop creative sales strategies and actively increase the business volume you have an eye on the market anyway and recognize new opportunities in time
- You coordinate your daily routine independently and stick to agreements even with a full schedule and email inbox
- You organize house tours FamTrips customer events and regular call campaigns personal followups are important to you
- You keep the overview when all customers call at the same time and all wires are burning: inside at the same time and all wires are burning
- You work closely with our international sales team of the other hotels as well as our Head of Sales
Qualifications :
Your personality counts more than your CV
- You already have professional experience in a similar role in the sales area and speak good German and English
- You have the ability to inspire people with our concept and are a passionate salesperson
- You are a doer and openly admit when you have done something wrong
- Youre not just bringing your abilities but also your character
