Perform maintenance calibration and/or qualification of routine laboratory instrumentation in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements. Maintain compliance of quality systems and laboratory instrumentation.

- Subject Matter Expert (SME) Maintain routine instruments in a validated state at all times. Ensure completion of preventative maintenance and routine testing.
- Compliance Ensure all activities are completed on time and documented accurately and in compliance with existing quality systems. Ensure that the quality policy program is understood implemented and maintained at all times.
- Productivity Organize schedule in a manner such that higher priority projects and tasks are completed in a timely manner. Ensure completion of all assigned tasks according to company and department stated TATs.
- Innovation Active involvement with process improvement initiatives
- Teamwork Foster teamwork internally and with technical groups to increase overall quality. Take responsibility for group success by assisting and supporting team members.
- Training Provide guidance and coaching within a team environment
Qualifications :
To perform this job successfully the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge skill or ability required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Moderate PC skills and experience.
- Professional in written word spoken word and actions.
- Basic understanding of electronics engineering and/or physics.
- Basic experience working with tools and basic diagnostic equipment or ability to learn.
- Good dexterity logical thinking time management and communications skills.
- Team player willingness to learn ability to learn GMP concepts and work practices.
- Good work habits (e.g. organization efficiency safety conscious accuracy).
- Ability to learn new hardware and software systems through hands on training and procedures.
- Ability to build upon troubleshooting skills beginning with basic instrumentation.
- Reading comprehension problemsolving skills ability to work under stressful conditions maturity and ability to follow directions.
- Ability to work as a part of a team and independently as necessary.
Additional Preferences:
- Coursework in science and/or electronics.
- Strong PC skills and experience.
- Experience working with tools electronics and/or diagnostic equipment.
- 1 year of experience in a regulated and/or GMP environment.
- 1 year of experience in a laboratory environment.
