Job Description

The QA Specialist I will ensure that the Implementation Support Teams follow the established protocols and standards. You will report to Experian Health. You will review the implementation integration and configuration provided by the Implementation teams for multiple products including the evaluation and setting up client rules and interfaces. The QA Specialist I will help refine and delivering quality assurance testing (QA) to ensure high standards of service.

Travel will not be required.

Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance Testing: Oversee and refine QA testing processes to ensure the quality and reliability of support services.
  • Support Evaluation: Review the implementation and support services provided by Implementation teams ensuring that all processes were followed and every aspect of an implementation works as intended.
  • Ticket Tracking Systems: Respond to both internal and external requests at multiple support ticket tracking systems at SLA required.
  • Product Support: Analyze client change requests related to all Experian Healths Products ensuring sufficient information is submitted and configurations are updated accordingly.
  • Analytical Capabilities: Assess the logical expressions configuration settings and data integrations involved with a product implementation.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of compliance reviews and QA testing results and report findings to relevant partners.
  • Internal Meetings: Participate in internal meetings.
  • Protocol Adherence: Follow protocols and overall rules for the team.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Experience with quality assurance or automated testing.
  • Experience in healthcare can be helpful.
  • Independent problemsolving and selfdirection are critical.
  • Ensure accuracy while addressing different tasks upon request.
  • Proficiency in English must past English assessment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (perform complex functions) certification.
  • Familiarity with Visio and flowchart logic.
  • Familiarity with Boolean logical expressions.
