Job Description
DevOps Engineer FullTime Greater Philadelphia PA (NJ)
A fastpaced techforward team is seeking a DevOps Engineer with deep Linux/Unix administration experience and strong CI/CD pipeline skills. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in handson environments enjoys building scalable infrastructure and has a passion for reliability security and automation.
What Youll Do:
- Architect configure and administer DevOps infrastructure (Linux & Windows).
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and server automation scripts.

Collaborate closely with development IT and engineering leadership.

Maintain high uptime and implement proactive monitoring and alerting.

Modernize tooling and drive adoption of DevOps best practices.

Provide mentorship and support across teams on DevOps practices.

Own key projects from infrastructure upgrades to secure deployments.
What You Bring:
-
5 years of DevOps SysAdmin or Infrastructure Engineering experience.

Expertise in Linux/Unix system administration; Windows server experience a plus.

Strong scripting skills (Bash PowerShell Python etc..

Handson experience with tools like Jenkins Octopus Jira Artifactory/Nexus VMWare/Proxmox CheckMK and NAS.

Familiarity with software version control (Plastic SCM preferred).

Knowledge of security tools like SonarQube or Dependency Track.

Understanding of containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (Azure).

Experience mentoring others and coordinating highpriority efforts.
