One of our clients is looking for a strategic and handson Marketing Manager to lead and execute innovative marketing initiatives for a growing education technology company in the STEM space. This role is ideal for a techsavvy and organized professional with a passion for educational innovation and a strong grasp of brand storytelling digital campaigns and AIdriven content creation. The ideal candidate will help position the company as a thought leader amplify founderled marketing efforts and build awareness and engagement across the education community.

Key Responsibilities:

Thought Leadership & Brand Amplification

  • Develop and maintain a strategic content calendar that highlights key thought leadership initiatives.

  • Repurpose content from lectures webinars and interviews into various formats such as blog posts LinkedIn articles whitepapers and shortform videos.

  • Identify and coordinate speaking engagements podcast features and guest content opportunities.

  • Craft compelling narratives around the companys mission and its impact on modern STEM education.


Awareness & Demand Generation

  • Design and manage targeted digital marketing campaigns to reach educators STEM professionals and school administrators.

  • Launch and grow the companys email list and social media following through outreach and engagement efforts.

  • Produce and manage educational content series such as newsletters weekly reels or insightsbased video clips.

  • Support promotional efforts for strategic partnerships and school pilot programs. AIDriven Content


Creation & Marketing Operations

  • Leverage AI tools (e.g. Jasper ChatGPT Canva AI) to streamline content development across emails social media and digital campaigns.

  • Automate marketing workflows and campaign scheduling using platforms like Zapier Buffer or Hootsuite.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance data and recommend improvements using AIdriven tools.


Community Engagement & Support

  • Monitor and engage with online educator communities on platforms such as Twitter/X Reddit Facebook Groups and LinkedIn.

  • Respond to social media interactions and nurture engagement with early adopters and potential customers.

  • Adapt content messaging for different audience segments including K12 and higher education.


Founder Support & Marketing Administration

  • Assist with the of followups marketing deliverables and webinar logistics on behalf of the founder.

  • Keep marketing files and materials organized using tools such as Google Drive Notion or similar platforms.

  • Ad hoc tasks


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing content strategy or a similar role.

  • Proven experience creating and managing marketing campaigns across digital platforms.

  • Strong content creation skills (copywriting basic graphic design and storytelling).

  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva ChatGPT Buffer Mailchimp and Trello (or willingness to learn).

  • Excellent communication organization and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fastpaced founderled environment.

  • Amenable to work Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time (EDT/EST)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in EdTech or familiarity with marketing to K12 or higher education audiences.

  • Passion for science education or learning innovation.

  • Interest and experience in AIpowered marketing tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to turn abstract ideas into clear actionable marketing strategies.



    Pay: $950 $55 Allowance per month
    Employment type: Full Time
    Working hours: Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time (EDT/EST)
    Note: This role is only available to candidates from the Philippines Colombia and Kosovo.
