Base Camp Lead
High level emotional intelligence

Ability to interact with men and women of all ages and maturity levels of staff/customers
Assist Base Camp Lead with campsite operations including cleaning stocking and preparation for participants and customers
Ensure work and customer areas are clean organized inspected neat and safe
Ensure facilities and equipment are left clean and in good repair by both participants and staff
Power wash shower houses sanitize and stock with toilet paper paper towels soap etc.
Help clean and maintain all facilities and camping equipment
Maintain a clean organized inspected neat and safe work area
Other duties as assigned by SBR leadership
Abide by policies and procedure outlined in the SBR staff handbook
18 years of age or older
Ability to use Microsoft Teams daily for work related communication and coordination
Able to obtain SBR driving permit during orientation
Be or become a registered member of Scouting America
Attend shift work on a needed basis
Participate in meetings with Manager for communication and preparedness
Up to 8 hours a day of either standing walking driving hiking and the ability to lift 70 lbs.
Can pass the physical exam and approved for SBR height and weight requirements HERE
