Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet Inc. is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Floor Controller/Greeter. This position is a fulltime individual contributor role in the Auto industry. As the Floor Controller/Greeter you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our customers as they visit our dealership in Waterford Twp Michigan.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary of $3000 to $4000 per month paid biweekly. In addition employees are eligible for benefits such as health insurance paid time off and company discounts on vehicles and services.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership providing a warm and friendly atmosphere
Direct customers to the appropriate department or employee for assistance
Keep track of inventory levels and assist with organizing and arranging vehicles on the showroom floor
Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls scheduling appointments and filing paperwork
Communicate effectively with customers employees and management to ensure efficient and smooth operations
Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Attend and participate in company training and meetings as required
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
