The role
Join Suncorp as a key player in our Enterprise Architecture team! Were looking for a Business and Technology Analyst to process and analyse data from diverse sources generating insights that support strategic decisionmaking across our business and technology ecosystem.
In this role youll evaluate systems processes and data flows to uncover opportunities for integration collaboration and improvement. Youll help shape the future of our Enterprise Architecture Model Viewpoints and ways of working ensuring our architecture continues to drive innovation and value across the organisation.

What youll do
- Support the Enterprise Architecture team in maintaining and improving the groups overall technology landscape view for various stakeholders
- Identify and document data applications and systems including how they relate to each other and are managed throughout their lifecycle
- Analyse how data flows in and out of architecture models focusing on improving tooling consistency and data quality
- Discover and assess integration opportunities between systems and teams (e.g. FinOps HR CMDB BI Data Governance) to boost efficiency and effectiveness
- Create dashboards and reports that provide insights into the technology landscape change initiatives costs and data quality
- Evaluate tools and technologies to improve architecture delivery through better integration and develop business cases for their use
What youll bring
- Bachelors degree in IT or a related field or equivalent experience with at least 3 years in IT including business and systems analysis
- Skilled in architecture modelling tools and notations (preferably BizzDesign Horizzon and ArchiMate) with experience managing largescale architecture catalogues
- Strong data and reporting skills including advanced Excel and Power BI; scripting or programming experience is also expected
- Solid understanding of DevOps and FinOps practices with familiarity in Agile Lean and TOG
- Industry experience in insurance or financial services is preferred; consulting background is a plus
