Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Health and Safety professional to ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and help maintain a safe working environment across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor health and safety measures to prevent workplace risks;
- Prepare and manage documentation according to Romanian SSM legislation;
- Conduct training sessions for employees on occupational health and safety;
- Perform risk assessments and participate in internal and external audits/inspections;
- Investigate workrelated incidents and prepare the necessary reports;
- Ensure proper application of safety protocols and procedures across all sites or departments.
Requirements:
- Completed secondary or higher education;
- Certified Health and Safety Inspector (minimum 80hour course) mandatory;
- Minimum 3 year of experience in a similar role;
- Strong knowledge of Romanian health and safety and fire prevention legislation;
- Good organizational and communication skills;
