Moonvalley is developing cuttingedge generative AI models designed to power Superbowlworthy commercials and awardwinning cinematic experiences. Our inaugural cuttingedge HD model Marey is built on exclusively licensed and owned data for professional use in Hollywood and enterprise applications.
Our team is an unprecedented convergence of talent across industries. Our elite AI scientists from Deepmind Google Microsoft Meta & Snap have decades of collective experience in machine learning and computational creativity. We have also established the first AIenabled movie studio in Hollywood filled with accomplished filmmakers and visionary creative talent. We work with the top producers actors and filmmakers in Hollywood as well as creativedriven global brands. So far weve raised over $100M from worldclass investors including General Catalyst Bessemer Khosla Ventures & YCombinator and were just getting started.
Role Summary:
Were looking for a Chief of Staff to be based in North America and support our Chief Executive Officer. This role will be embedded with our CEO helping drive alignment and execute across a large org. No job is too big or small from helping organize board meetings and massive funding rounds to getting into the weeds of writing web copy and finding data vendors this job will run the entire spectrum of founder mode.

What youll do:
Support CEO Become an extension of the CEO actively working on projects end to end and driving different parts of the org.
Drive Operational Excellence Improve processes track key business metrics and ensure commercial teams are aligned and working efficiently.
Project & Initiative Lead crossfunctional projects related to revenue growth market expansion and customer engagement.
Enable Scaling Help design and implement frameworks for sales partnerships and marketing as we scale headcount revenue and product lines.
Facilitate Communication Ensure seamless collaboration between commercial teams leadership and other functions like Product and Engineering.
Data & Insights Synthesize market customer and internal data to inform strategic decisions.
Support Hiring & Talent Development Assist in building and structuring highperforming commercial teams.
What were looking for:
Youre early into an exceptional career youve attended a tier1 school or have operating experience at tier1 companies
Strategic & ExecutionFocused You can think big but also roll up your sleeves to get things done.
Startup & Scaling Experience Youve worked in a fastpaced startup preferably in AI SaaS or deep tech and understand the challenges of growth.
Excellent Communicator You can synthesize complex information and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
Highly Analytical Comfortable working with data tracking KPIs and making datadriven recommendations.
