The Role
Were looking for a creative analytical and proactive Ecommerce and Marketing Manager to join our growing team and take Zeas digital presence to the next level. This is a handson highimpact role that will support our ecommerce growth drive online partnerships and strengthen brand visibility across key platforms. Reporting directly to the COO youll work closely with our internal team external agencies and key partners to improve the customer journey and brand engagement with a strong emphasis on digital performance and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with others thinks strategically but is also happy to get in the weeds troubleshoot issues and find smarter ways of doing things using automation tools and AI.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise the Zea Shopify store to improve user experience and conversion rates
Own Zeas social media presence across Instagram Facebook TikTok and LinkedInincluding scheduling content briefing community engagement and performance tracking
Work with external agencies to plan and review email marketing campaigns (via Klaviyo) and ensure messaging aligns across channels
Collaborate with partners influencers and affiliates to drive brand exposure and audience engagement
Support the wholesale team with brand consistency retail activations and marketing alignment across stockists
Coordinate with and hold performance marketing agencies (Google Ads Meta Ads) accountable for campaign results and ROAS
Use tools like Canva to brief edit and manage creative assets across digital touchpoints
Implement automation tools and AIdriven solutions to streamline workflows and increase team efficiency
Regularly report on ecommerce performance campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement
Contribute to quarterly planning and broader marketing strategy in collaboration with the leadership team
About You
5 years experience in ecommerce and digital marketing ideally in health wellness beauty or FMCG
Comfortable managing and optimising within platforms like Shopify Klaviyo Google Ads Meta Ads and Canva
Experience working with and managing digital/creative agencies and holding them accountable to clear KPIs
Strong track record of building digital partnerships and collaborative brand campaigns
Equally confident thinking strategically and executing tacticallyyou dont mind rolling up your sleeves when needed
Techsavvy and excited to use AI tools or automation platforms to work smarter
Naturally organised detailoriented and solutionsfocused
