Learn more at are seeking a commercial lawyer whose primary responsibility will be negotiating customer and vendor will work closely with D&Bs sales data and product organizations and collaborate with D&B experts in privacy security finance and operations with respect to licensing D&B products and services across multiple lines of business and the purchase of software services and data to support D&Bs products and services. You will have responsibility for reviewing drafting and negotiating contracts large and small.
Essential Key Responsibilities:
- Draft review and negotiate customer and vendor agreements including master service agreements and product order forms data licensing agreements Software and SaaS agreements.
- Understand D&Bs products across multiple lines of business including the various flows of data associated with those products.
- Engage business colleagues and leaders and work with crossfunctional stakeholders across geographies to close deals and improve processes.
Education/Experience and Competencies
- JD with 24 years relevant law firm or inhouse work experience.
- Thorough knowledge of contracts contract law and contract negotiation preferably in SaaS and Data licensing.
- Working knowledge of US and global privacy laws (e.g. GDPR CCPA). Digital marketing or ad tech experience is a plus
- Clear and concise drafting skills.
- Able to work independently in a fastpaced highvolume environment.
- Ability to thrive and deliver in a highly demanding innovative and constantly changing corporate and regulatory environment.
- JD from an ABA law school and admittance to practice in Florida or eligibility for limited license for inhouse counsel under RULE 1:272 is required.
