As an Experience Design Senior Associate within the Operations team you will shape user experiences by leveraging advanced design principles. Job responsibilities
- Design and develop elegant solutions to interaction problems ensuring consistency across products and platforms.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 3 years in user experience design or equivalent role with digital products and services.
- Proven ability to create visually appealing designs using tools like Figma Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in designing user experiences across web mobile and other digital channels.
- Experience interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insights.
- Proficient understanding of inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines.
